Ann is a true professional who has her clients' best interest at heart without a doubt. I approached Ann with our situation, and she did a fantastic job let alone her transparency with what was achievable. Through her network we were able to eliminate our high interest credit lines and replace them with new credit lines with much better interest rates given the current environment. I would urge anyone looking for financing for their business to let Ann work her magic because she has saved us untold dollars in interest and her collective team is superb! As future needs arise, Ann will be my go-to for any and all financing needs. Thanks Ann tremendous results!!

I am so grateful for Ann and her team! I had been leasing a property for several years when my landlord decided they wanted to sell. As a newer business with a huge decline in revenue during Covid, my options were extremely limited for obtaining a loan to purchase an older motel. Navigating the commercial loan process before I found Ann was confusing and intimidating. Ann made everything so much easier. She helped me find a lender and get through the whole SBA application process. It took a while, but we closed the deal yesterday! I would not have gotten through this without her help. If you need help obtaining financing, call her! She explains the process so you understand what is going on and she's just overall great to work with.

We ultimately chose a faster business loan with a higher rate to meet our timeline after so many failed starts with other lenders.

I am a new small business owner in Colorado Springs, Hitt's Miniature Golf. WN Financial was suggested to me by my bank to help me find some funding to do some projects at my new business. We wanted to get some necessary updates done without tying up all our equity. Ann was very personable and quick to assist. Her services helped me secure the funding I needed in a timely manner. When you're young, with practically nothing to your name and having only a couple months under your belt owning a business, banks and small business lenders won't even bat an eyelash. It's hard to find funding in this type of situation, understandably, but it's nice to know someone like WN Financial is out there to help people take that step. the process feels safe and honest. They make your dreams feel a little more reachable. Thank you again Ann.
